Thanks to these terms and conditions you will better understand the PRO and subscription services of StaTips. The website is owned by ST Unlimited SL, and provides users with all kinds of data related to football statistics and percentages of agreement of certain forecasts for each of the matches. In addition, the subscription plan or plans we have are automatically renewed once a month.

Subscription agreement

  • Once you make your first payment, you will have access to the StaTips PRO plan.
  • As long as you are subscribed to our plans, you will have access to all PRO statistics and all specified services.
  • PRO content is protected and may not be copied and sold through other channels, as it is for the exclusive use of the subscriber. If we detect our content on external websites, it will be considered plagiarism, for which reason we may file legal charges in our own defence to preserve the rights of your platform and services offered.

Cancellation

If you are not happy with what your subscription provides, you can always cancel your membership at any time at no extra charge. Once you have cancelled, the subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period. No further charges will be made after you have cancelled. To cancel your subscription you have to go to https://statips.com/en/user and unsubscribe by clicking on "Unsubscribe".

As the fee is charged on a monthly basis, in the event that you do not cancel your subscription before renewal, no refund can be requested.

Payments

  • Charges will be made on a monthly basis using the selected payment method.
  • We reserve the right to change package rates, subject to prior notice by email, if improvements are made to the services offered. As these enhancements add value to what we offer, the price may be increased.
  • As you select a package/service, you will be offered only the services detailed within each payment plan.

Refund policy

Online subscriptions are non-refundable, at the time you pay the monthly fee, it is a non-refundable payment. If you are unhappy with the service you must cancel the subscription and you will not be charged more for your plan.

Refunds will only be granted if you can prove that you have been overcharged.

General responsibilities

The predictions in StaTips are made by our AI and the PRO percentages are created from the analysis of the odds for each match. These tips are only informative suggestions and we are not responsible for the possible hits or misses incurred. Therefore, we are not responsible for any possible losses in betting amounts.

All the data we offer is extracted from a third party which we have contracted to provide us with the different match data. Once we store this data in our database, we calculate and display the advanced statistics data that you can see in the PRO subscription.

Methods of payment

A third party electronic payment processor is used, thus ensuring total security for the user during the payment process. This means that we do not have access to the user's own financial data.

The banking and personal data of the users are not registered in our servers, everything is carried out in the payment gateway of the electronic payment company, always keeping the privacy of the user.
